Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, these are not sale or promotional items.

Exchange (if applicable)

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
